Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 26 September 2026
This page explains how online membership bought on the site, and class credits paid in cash at the studio, are cancelled and when money is refunded.
Cancelling online membership
Cancel in Settings in the member area. After you cancel, archive access (and live classes if the pack includes them) stays open until the end of the current period; the card is not charged again. Cancellation stops the membership, not the card itself.
Seven-day trial
On the first archive membership, if you cancel before the trial ends, the period fee is not taken. Live classes + archive has no trial. The trial applies only to archive plans and only to the first online membership.
Paid period
After the trial ends or a fee has been charged, cancellation does not automatically refund that period. There is no pro-rata refund for unused days except where the service was not supplied or the law requires it.
The payment receipt on the site is not an official e-archive invoice. For an invoice write to info@barreandsculpt.co.
Plan changes
You can change pack in the last three days of the current term. Outside that window you cannot downgrade or shorten.
Failed renewal payment
If the card charge fails at renewal, membership may become past due and access may close. Access reopens when you update the card and the payment completes.
Studio cash payment
Studio classes are not sold on the site, so card refunds do not run through this channel. Refund of unused cash credits depends on unused remaining credits and written agreement with the studio (email or WhatsApp). Used classes are not refunded.
Reservation cancellation
Studio and live online reservations follow the same rule: cancel at least two hours before class. Later cancellation or a no-show may use the credit or the seat.
Statutory rights
Your rights under Law No. 6502 remain. If the service is defective or not supplied, the remedies in that law apply. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
