The site presents the Barre & Sculpt studio in Nişantaşı, sells online archive and live memberships, and hosts the studio enquiry form. Content is in Turkish and English. Prices are shown in the currency used at checkout.

Give accurate details when you register. You are responsible for the password. Actions from your account are treated as yours. If you are under 18, use the site and membership only with your legal guardian.

Text, photos, logo, class video and live sessions belong to Barre & Sculpt. A right to watch is not a right to copy or republish.

Do not share the account, copy the archive with download or recording tools, give a live link to someone else, try to disrupt the site, or use another person’s payment or identity details.

Classes are general fitness content, not personal medical advice. Internet outages, your device, or faults at a third-party payment or hosting provider may be outside the studio’s control. Mandatory statutory liability remains.

These terms and pack contents may be updated. The date at the top of the page is the effective date. Continuing to use the site after a material change means you accept the current text. What you already paid for in a period stays the pack you bought for that period.

Turkish law applies. If you are a consumer, the venues the law gives you still apply. For non-consumer disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction.
