Privacy Policy

The data controller is Barre & Sculpt (Barre & Sculpt Club). The studio is in Nişantaşı, Teşvikiye Mahallesi, Şişli / Istanbul. Write to info@barreandsculpt.co.

For an account we collect first name, last name, email, phone and a password (the password is stored so it cannot be read as plain text).

For online membership checkout we also ask for a Turkish ID number (T.C. kimlik no). It is sent to the payment institution (iyzico) and may be kept on the payment/billing record. Card numbers are not stored on this site; you enter card details on iyzico’s payment page.

The studio enquiry form collects name, email, phone, level, an optional health note and a message. Support messages in the member area are also stored.

We use data to run your account, give archive and live-class access, renew membership, reply to studio enquiries, track reservations and class credits, take payment and keep legally required records.

A health note on the studio form is optional. It is used only to run classes safely. You can skip it.

For card payments we send name, contact details and the ID number to iyzico. Hosting providers hold membership, reservation and form records.

The phone number on a studio enquiry is used to reply on WhatsApp. We do not sell data or pass it to advertising networks unless the law requires it.

The site uses necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember language (Turkish / English). There is no separate marketing cookie or tracking pixel.

Account and membership records are kept while the membership lasts; payment and invoice data for commercial and tax retention periods; studio enquiries until the request is handled and then for a reasonable time before deletion or anonymisation.
