Distance Sales Agreement

Seller: Barre & Sculpt (Barre & Sculpt Club), Nişantaşı, Teşvikiye Mahallesi, Şişli / Istanbul. Email: info@barreandsculpt.co.

Buyer: the person who opens an account and completes payment. Name, email, phone and Turkish ID number given at checkout are the buyer details.

The subject is digital supply of the online membership you choose. The catalogue has three offers: archive yearly, archive monthly, and live classes + archive monthly. Current prices are on the Plans page and at checkout; the contract price is the amount and currency shown to you when you pay.

Archive membership is on-demand recorded classes; it does not include the live online calendar. Live + archive adds live class access. No online pack includes studio booking or studio class credits.

Payment is taken by card through iyzico. Card numbers are not stored on this site.

Unless you cancel, membership renews at the end of the period and the period fee is charged to the saved card. Yearly archive is a single charge and still renews at period end. Monthly packs are charged each period.

Archive plans include a seven-day free trial on the first online membership. The card is verified when the trial starts; if you cancel before the trial ends, the period fee is not taken.

Live classes + archive has no trial; the fee is taken when you pay. If you do not cancel a trial, membership starts when the trial ends and the fee is charged to your card. The trial applies only to archive plans and only to the first online membership.

The service is digital access. Archive and (if the pack includes it) the live calendar open on your account when payment or the trial starts. There is no physical shipment.

The live class link opens for members who reserved, ten minutes before class. The link is personal.

Access to digital content starts at once with the trial or membership. The fourteen-day withdrawal right in the Regulation may be limited where digital content starts with your consent. On archive trials the practical window is seven days: cancellation during the trial is free of charge. Live + archive is paid up front.

After a paid period has started, cancellation does not cut access before period end; it stops renewal and further charges to the card. Unused days are not refunded pro rata except where the service was not supplied or the law requires a refund. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Nişantaşı studio classes are not the subject of this contract. To attend, fill in the form on the Plans page. Payment is cash at the studio; class credits are added to your account.
